    The spouse of the Calgary police officer who died after being dragged by a fleeing SUV has instructed a sentencing listening to that her husband’s dying was no accident.

    Chelsea Goedhart instructed {the teenager} who was discovered responsible of manslaughter for the dying of Sgt. Andrew Harnett that their son won’t ever know his father.

    The driving force of the SUV, who can’t be recognized as a result of he was 17 on the time, instructed his first-degree homicide trial that he was scared when Harnett and one other officer approached the car throughout a visitors cease and he noticed Harnett put his hand on his gun.

    Harnett died in hospital on December 31, 2020 after being dragged by the SUV after which falling into the trail of an oncoming automotive.
