RCMP had been dispatched to a multi-vehicle collision west of Calgary at 6:47 a.m. Friday.
An RCMP spokesperson informed World Information it was reported on Freeway 22 and Freeway 1 (Trans-Canada Freeway) eastbound.
Witnesses reported an accident involving three autos and mentioned there have been 4 occupants in these three autos.
Early indications from witnesses had been that there have been accidents the severity of which was not disclosed.
EMS informed World Information nobody was injured.
