    Lake Louise RCMP are in search of public help in finding the suspect concerned in a late-February carjacking that occurred within the well-traveled mountain city.

    RCMP have been dispatched to an area gasoline station simply after 7 a.m. on February 28 following a report of a carjacking.

    In keeping with RCMP, the sufferer was approached by the suspect whereas she was making ready to gasoline her car. The suspect demanded money, and when the sufferer stated she had none, the suspect pulled out a pointy weapon and compelled the girl out of her automobile and took off within the car.

    The sufferer was not injured, RCMP stated.

    RCMP haven’t recovered the car, described as a darkish grey 2009 Ford Escape on black metal wheels with out hubcaps. His rear wiper is damaged and caught within the upright place. The automobile has an Alberta license plate with the plate quantity CML 9437.

    The suspect is described by RCMP as carrying a beanie-style hat, darkish coat with a hood, blue denims and dark-colored footwear with white soles. He has a good complexion, darkish and grey scraggly facial hair, and is between 40 and 50 years previous. RCMP stated he appeared raveled and had no seen tattoos. He could also be below the affect of medication, police added.
