    Canadian judoka Christa Deguchi received the gold medal within the under-57-kilogram occasion on the Masters Event on Tuesday.

    Deguchi’s final match towards Tokyo Olympics silver medalist Sarah Leonie Cysique went into time beyond regulation, when the French fighter forfeited as a result of a knee damage.
