The Calgary Police Service (CPS) say they’ve seen a rise in break and enters taking place in new properties and houses below building throughout the town.
Police say most of the incidents have occurred the brand new neighborhood of Belvedere, within the metropolis’s southeast.
“We encourage new owners and people working in house building companies who’ve been a sufferer of theft or a break and enter, to report it to police,” says Sgt. Nick Wilsher of the Calgary Police Service Crime Prevention Group.
Police say the gadgets being stolen from the properties embody home equipment, electrical packing containers, siding, home windows, doorways and varied building supplies.
