The corporate behind the Trans Mountain pipeline enlargement says it has encountered technical points which may imply a delay within the mission’s completion.
In a press release on its web site Monday, Trans Mountain Corp. says it wants extra time to find out the most secure and most prudent actions for minimizing additional delay.
It says the technical points have been found between Jan. 25 and Jan. 27.

Trans Mountain Corp. says it is not going to present an interview.
The corporate says it’s totally targeted on working towards an anticipated in-service date within the second quarter of 2024.
The Trans Mountain pipeline enlargement, which can carry oil from Alberta to the West Coast, had been anticipated to be full by the top of the primary quarter of 2024.
