The Alberta Courtroom of Attraction has denied a request to increase the interval for an enchantment by Thomas James Berube, who was sentenced to 10 years in jail in September 2022.

Berube pleaded responsible to 9 counts of housebreaking, arson and killing animals at companies in Edson, Whitecourt and Niton Junction, together with two fires that destroyed automotive dealerships.
