A suspicious loss of life in a resort in southeast Calgary has prompted a police investigation on Monday.
In response to a submit on social media, police responded to reviews of a taking pictures on the 0-100 block of Shawville Highway S.E. within the neighbourhood of Shawnessy at round 3 p.m. Police stated one man was positioned deceased in one of many suites.
Appearing Workers Sgt. Juno Brady confirmed to International Information that the incident occurred on the fourth ground of the resort. On the time of the incident, a youngsters’s birthday celebration was being held within the resort.

Brady instructed reporters on Monday one individual is in custody and the Calgary Police Service’s murder unit is investigating the incident. It’s unknown if the taking pictures was focused.
“The investigation remains to be early and we don’t have (anymore) info right now,” he stated. “With an incident like this your complete resort is a criminal offense scene, so we’re unsure the place precisely we’ll discover any proof … The scene is being held right now.”
