A 35-year-old Crimson Deer lady is going through a number of prices after a year-long investigation into medicine being dropped by drone on the Drumheller Establishment.
Drumheller RCMP started their investigation in January 2023, after the invention of a number of packages believed to have been dropped on the central Alberta jail by a drone.
On Dec. 1, 2023, police searched two properties — one in Calgary and on in Crimson Deer.
Officers seized a drone, cellphones, methamphetamine, GHB, psilocybin, MDMA and drug paraphernalia.
Jessica Lavallee is now charged with possession of methamphetamine for the aim of trafficking, possession of MDMA for the aim of trafficking, possession of GHB for the aim of trafficking, possession of psilocybin for the aim of trafficking and possession of the proceeds of crime.

Lavallee was launched and is scheduled to seem in courtroom in Drumheller on Might 17.

The investigation is ongoing and police say further prices are pending.
The Drumheller Establishment is a medium and minimal safety facility situated simply southeast of the central Alberta city with a capability of about 700 offenders.
