    Parkland County wildfire prompts emergency evacuations near Entwistle

    Fueled by scorching climate, winds and intensely dry situations, a wildfire grew close to the hamlet of Entwistle and an evacuation order was issued Saturday night for the neighborhood west of Edmonton in Parkland County.

    Evansburg RCMP mentioned officers had been helping the hearth division with a big grass fireplace.

    The fireplace is simply south of freeway 16, between Vary Street 70 and 71. Because of sturdy winds, the hearth is rapidly on its method to Entwistle.

    An evacuation has begun, say each RCMP and an emergency alert from the Alberta Emergency Administration Company.
