Between January and August 2022, a suspect approached seven auto suppliers, police say, buying tire changers and wheel balancers, tires, welding tools and different objects in purchases totaling $60,000.

After a number of months of investigations, the police arrested Michael Tolentino Dela Cruz (50) on November 25.
