A southern Alberta man accused of bodily and sexually assaulting his toddler daughter has retained a lawyer.
The 52-year-old suspect is charged with aggravated assault, sexual assault, sexual interference and failure to offer the requirements of life.
The person’s 31-year-old spouse, who’s the kid’s mom, is accused of failing to offer the requirements of life.
The person will probably be again in court docket in Lethbridge, Alta., on February 24 for a bail listening to, whereas his spouse is scheduled to seem on February 10.
