A pair of brothers are being praised by Calgary police for operating away from an unknown man after allegedly asking them to get right into a car.
The Calgary Police Service stated round 7:40 a.m. Monday {that a} 10-year-old boy and his youthful brother walked to the Buffalo Rubbing Stone College at 1308 Panatella Blvd. NW once they have been approached by an unknown man driving an unknown car.
Police stated the person requested the brothers to get into the car, which they declined. The boys then ran to the college and instantly reported the incident to high school directors.
“Police want to commend the actions of the youth who did the proper factor by operating away and reporting the incident to a trusted grownup,” CPS stated in a press release.
