Parks Canada fireplace crews and the Jasper Fireplace Division are responding to a wildfire across the switch station, situated appr. 9 km northeast of Jasper. Smoke is seen from Freeway 16.
Fireplace specialists are on website. Updates will probably be supplied when new info is accessible.
