A person believed to be in his mid-20s is in hospital in life-threatening situation after being noticed on the frozen Bow River in Calgary.
Round 7:40 a.m., a passerby known as Alberta Well being Companies EMS after seeing the person on the ice close to the Louise Bridge, which connects 10 Northwest Avenue in Kensington with downtown. EMS stated the person was unresponsive.
EMS responded and transported the person to Foothills Hospital in essential, life-threatening situation.
Emergency personnel stated the person seemed to be affected by some type of medical emergency and had no seen indicators of damage.
