A snowfall warning was issued for Calgary on Monday, with Setting Canada advising folks to organize for a “widespread, extended snowfall occasion” starting late within the day.
“Heavy snow will start falling close to Grande Cache and Jasper by late afternoon and unfold south to Calgary by night,” the climate company stated in a publish on its web site. “This snow will proceed by means of the night time into Tuesday.”
In line with the report, some areas may see as a lot as 25 centimeters of snow accumulate by Tuesday night.
“The heavy snowfall occasion will regularly finish from north to south on Tuesday afternoon and night,” Setting Canada stated.
